The author of the photo is listed as "press photo". There's a similar one at Commons of O'Connor as Archie Bunker, but you're able to see it came from CBS with no copyright marks. Keep: Now, if User:Sfan00 IMG had ever developed a sense of humour, he would know that the message in this box is not sincere, and that it is intended as a joke, as no-one could possibly believe that in this day and age there could still be people who think the USA shouldn't be recognized as a nation-state, but rather as a baker's dozen renegade British colonies. If a tongue-in-cheek "political" message is "inappropriate", perhaps User:Sfan00 IMG could spell out for us what kinds of political messages would indeed be appropriate.
