February 2024[edit]

Information icon Hello, I'm Fieryninja. I noticed that you made an edit concerning content related to a living (or recently deceased) person on Louise Distras, but you didn't support your changes with a citation to a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now. Wikipedia has a very strict policy concerning how we write about living people, so please help us keep such articles accurate and clear. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you! Fieryninja (talk) 17:22, 16 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@Fieryninja I didn't know how. the information I changed is freely available in mainstream media. Skewchisel (talk) 12:39, 3 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
The point is that you added unsourced content. Wikipedia is very strict about adding unsourced content to biographies of living people even if it is available in the press. All content must be verifiable or must be immediately removed. If you would like to know more you can read the guidelines at WP:BLP. Fieryninja (talk) 12:45, 3 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
