Porilainen

Porilainen is a sandwich and street food dish in Finnish cuisine made from bread and a thick slice of sausage. In addition porilainen usually contains onion, pickled cucumber, ketchup, mustard and in some cases mayonaise. Porilainen resembles a hamburger or a hotdog.
