In the guajolotas family you also can find the Oaxaca's tamale guajolota. Part of the tradition is to drink hot atole when you are eating a guajolota, they have various flavors of atole, in example, vanilla, chocolate, rice and guava.

It is common to find this tamale tortas near to offices, markets and neighborhoods and specially the Sunday morning outside churches.
