Roti
A curried goat and potato roti

Originating in the Caribbean, a roti is a wrap style sandwich filled with either curried, grilled or stewed meats or vegetables wrapped inside a dhalpuri[1] or paratha roti.[2] Roti is eaten widely across the Caribbean.[3] As Indo-Caribbeans emigrated to other countries they brought with them the roti.
