Porilainen

Porilainen is a street food dish in Finnish cuisine. It consists of bread and a thick slice of a specific kind of sausage. In addition porilainen usually contains onion, pickled cucumber, ketchup, mustard and in some cases mayonaise as well. Appearance of porilainen is close to the appearance of a hamburger or a hotdog.
