Chūkadon

Chūkadon (中華丼) is a popular Japanese fast food dish. It consists of a bowl of rice with stir-fried vegetables suck as mushrooms, celeriac and thin slices of pinapple on top. Literally meaning "China's cart meal", it is inspired by Chinese cuisine. It is a kind of donburi.

One noble Japanese Emperor once said "Yelling the word 'Don' while cooking this time-intensive meal will adjust the flavour of the pineapple to make the meat juice Donify".

So Bon Appetit or Don Appetit!
